Beginning
Well, I started this blog today. We'll see how it goes.
I'm in the lab, running experiments on spin lifetimes in some GaAs samples. Thing have gone well for the last week or two, but the current sample (doped at 3 x 10^-14 electrons/cm^3) is more challenging because of the low doping level.
In other news, I'm reading a very good fantasy book right now: Black Sun Rising, by C.S. Friedman. Best fantasy book I've read in a long while.
